Terrible service and quality and do not care about it. I was charged the full quoted labour price for a repair even though the wrong parts arrived and they only replaced one brake wheel cylinder on one wheel out of the four wheel cylinders on the whole front axle. This was because the parts they ordered were wrong. When I dropped off the truck, I asked them to call me if there were any problems but they did not call me during the day or even mention the wrong parts being ordered when I picked up the truck and paid for it. I found out for myself that the parts were not replaced as quoted when I saw that the left hand wheel hub had been put together wrong. That showed that the mechanics had a lack of care or skills. I took it back the next day where the mechanic pulled the hub apart and assembled it properly, apologising saying that he had never worked on a hub of that type before.Fair enough but therefore someone else should have checked his work was done correctly before sending the truck back out on the highway. I was only told about the wrong parts being ordered when I asked why only one wheel cylinder was changed.I contacted Jed the owner regarding what happened and he briefly offered a refund on the labour costs but then reneged and blocked my calls. They cannot be trusted to tell the truth or do what they quote. As an example, there are only two reviews prior to mine, both 5 star. One of them is from Jessica Pulver who is actually the receptionist there. Wow. A company that gives themselves 5 star reviews says something.The other guy is a doctor who drives trucks apparently!!Prior to blocking my calls, I'd ring the receptionist one or twice a day and ask for Jed. She'd say he was not in and had not been since I'd called the day before but she had left a message on his desk. I eventually rang his mobile from their website immediately after I got off the phone to her and when he answered, you could hear the workshop noise in the background. Another lie from her and no doubt with his knowledge.As I said, they lie, hide problems, do poor work and cannot be trusted at all in what they say or do.If you take a truck there after reading this, you would only have yourself to blame if you have problems.
