Great customer service! My windscreen was fully replaced within 2 hours. They even went the extra mile to peel off my kilometre service sticker & put it on the inside of new windscreen; and a new sticker for my E-tag too! Thank you guys, awesome job!!

It has been a pleasure to do business with this company. We have been ripped off by other companies in Wagga dealing with windscreen issues but the crew in Novis couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Don't go past Novis Wagga for all your automotive glass issues.
Fantastic experience, had a windscreen that was incorrectly fitted at a previous windscreen repair shop. Novus offered me first class customer service and assistance as well as being in contact with my insurance to ensure I didn't have to pay a cent. Since then I have not had a problem with the fitment of my windscreen but if I ever had a probably again I would definitely be going through Novus Autoglass.
