I had travelled down from Newcastle and had airconditioning problems in the extreme heat. Jason stayed open on a Saturday afternoon to check for blockages and ended up replacing my radiator for an extremely reasonable price. I'm was so grateful, the service and friendliness was above and beyond!!
I was experiencing overheating in my car on a 40degree day on our way down from townsville to melbourne. Called in to natrad and the guys couldnt have been more helpful. Despite their busy schedule they tested the system for any problems, flushed the radiator and even provided us with a courtesy car, all for a very reasonable price. We were back on the road within a couple of hours. Top service, thanks very much!
