Atrocious service I had to chase for weeks for a quote. Then they had my car for two weeks (it only had a cracked bumper that required two days) never called to tell me the progress of the vehicle or even when it was fixed and ready to pick up, after calling several times to find out where they were up to, one second they were waiting for paint to dry the next the parts were on back order lie after lie with no apology. I borrowed a loan car from them that a policeman wanted to fine me for as he classified the car as dangerous and unroadworthy(busted headlights)...again no apology. When I got my car home I find out the front bumper had been put on crooked and a brand new headlight didn't work (would have thought this was checked before leaving the shop) so took it back fixed bumper and headlight. Got home to find the front park sensors don't work (after they replaced with two brand new ones originally) so BACK AGAIN they couldn't work out why the sensors weren't working so then I was accused that the front park sensors never worked. Lastly one Andrew said he would get in contact with Subaru to order another part and he would make sure it gets fixed, well... three weeks on I'm still waiting for a phone call to say the part is in...this has now spanned to over 3 months worth of wasting my time. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere!!
The car was repaired perfectly and looked like a million bucks when I picked it up. Was a little slow because of the dopey suppliers but these things cant be helped
