Their service was fast efficient and cost wise very reasonable. Staff are easy to talk to and helpful. Being a girl I told the guy behind the counter it makes a noise steering wheel wobbles blah blah and he smiled and said ok I know what that is and they fixed it lol.
Booked in for 100K service a week ago & was told the spark plugs are scheduled to be replaced dropped car in yday & reiterated the 100K service, when I went to collect my car I was informed very casually they'd only dont part of the job as they didnt have any spark plugs & they do be ordered in but its take a few days. I was told they'd try & get them in as urgent yday arvo & the us ring me but I've had to do the chasing & still no spark plugs - the day before I am about to drive 4000kms! Will not go back
