Great service from Brett and the team. They fixed up my ute faster than estimated and when I picked it up they had even detailed it inside and out. Even though it was just a minor ding in the tray. The team there are always friendly and kept me informed all along about time frames, costs etc and took care of everything with the insurance company. Absolute breeze to deal with.
I had a horrifying experience with this company. My car was sent there after I was rear ended by another driver. I attempted to tell the man assigned to my case that the damage was more significant than he believed and he stated "I'm not a mechanic, so I cannot say." Yet, when I requested the insurance send my car to a mechanic he denied there were mechanic issues to the car and my request was denied. It took one month to get my car into repair and I was able to drive the car to the shop. After two days I was told my car would be a "write off." I heard nothing from Graeme Hull Smash Repairs so I stopped by to get a quote. I was told I would recieve a payout from my insurance company and that I could either keep the car or salvage it for $200. I clearly stated, "let me think about it." As I was leaving someone stated they wanted to buy the car for $200. The men ignored me and made a deal with the man, offering to tow the car to his home for free, which was never offered to me. They shook hands and sold my property without my consent. I never was acknowledged and I did not sign anything to consent to the sale, nor did I verbally consent. In my opinion, blatant sexism was at play and furthermore, my wishes for my property were not adhered to.
They saw that my job was easy and solved it for free, in 40 degree heat. Champs.
