My Daughter and Son in law who live in Corowa NSW done a Turbo on their Nissan Navara. I myself run a business in Melbourne. After making a lot of calls on Thursday Aug 24th we come across Denco Diesel from Wagga. I spoke with a bloke by the name of Paul gave him all the Nissan's details including Vin # . He said it was available and in stock along with the correct gasket kit.Great I said how doe we get it to Corowa? he said no worries an extra $30 and we will get a courier to their address, Fantastic the deal was done it was paid for and all was good.I drove up from Melbourne early Saturday morning to give my Son in law a hand to remove the defective one. It was a job ( don't buy a Navara ). My Son in Laws friend came up on the Sunday from Bendigo to install the new one.All was good until they got to the Gasket Kit!! They had supplied the incorrect One!! The 2 of them had to drive down down to Albury to see if by chance they could get the correct gaskets to no avail. 140 K's for nothing.So the car could not be finished.When Paul from Denco Diesel was rang this morning he said sorry I will send some more off today.That was it sorry I will send the correct ones this time??I asked him for compensation for this young family and he said he gave it to them for trade without a trade order and that was it.How pathetic that they have to pay for this Arrogant Goose's in-ability to supply the correct parts.A hire car is now needed because their car is off the road or my daughter has to have a further 3 days off work as well as get the kids off to school and back and she gets a "SORRY "and one of us has to go up again to finish the job !! again all because of this Arrogant Goose's in-ability to supply the correct parts.What they have saved by going thru this Arrogant Goose has cost them far more in time and lost wages."They will still make their Good Profit on the item" You should be ashamed of yourself fella and your company needs to put better training in place so Arrogant Goose's like you can't cost young families so much in these hard times.If anyone is ordering from this fella make sure you allow a lot of time to cater for any mistakes he may make because all you will get in the end is a "SORRY" UPDATE make that a further 4 days as they did not send it out as they promised they would got another "SORRY" thou
