Fair prices, newly furnished and in the centre of town.
BEWARE. If you plan on staying here check the price. We stayed 1 night and asked about the next night and were told "no problem just let us know in the morning " The next morning we were told they were fully booked but we could have the room if we paid more money (so not fully booked). Price was $35 dearer but knew we had no option but to pay. Owner was rude. Also on the 2nd night after beong extorted..... the mini bar had been removed from our room ??? Don't stay here....poor management could have ruined a great stay in Wagga.
I have stayed on 3 occassions now and highly recommend all accommodation. The beds are comfy, free movies and foster, great amenities. Well priced and very high quality.... my go to place in Wagga. There is 10% off the caf as a guest... Staff are wonderful, check in easy and access perfect.

Sewage stench in a truck-stop style motel, misleading photos If you're looking for a highway style, cheap truck stop kinda romance, that's a place for you. Otherwise, probably book elsewhere. First of all, the photos are all from their apartments and corridors, not the motel rooms. It also looks like the owners had invested all of their money into hallways and then ran out. My room had no window, only glass bricks facing a dark alleyway and there was no way of letting fresh air in. The bathroom and the room stank of cat urine, and the owner advised that the problem was due to the old sewage system and would be resolved if I flushed some water down the sink. This didn't help and the stench lingered on. The room was the size of a prison cell with just enough space to walk around the bed. The microwave took up most space on the desk. Everything was incredibly cheap and poor quality, including bathroom workmanship. Shower caps and toiletries are clearly too fancy for this place. There are two bottles nailed to the wall (in case you fancy stealing them) of cheap soap shampoo/ shower gel in one. No hair conditioner or body lotion of any kind. I was there for work and could have easily booked something nice, if I hadn't been misled by the photos or an average price on our booking system. I don't know what deal has been done, but I see that on other websites this place charges a rate that I'd place in the "dodgy" scale and would generally stay away from.I see the owners launching into a long discourse after each negative review, and maybe that provides them with a sense of justice, but in the meantime, while they're refusing to take this consistent criticism on board, they are losing clients. Please don't bother giving one of your responses, I will not return.
