Nice hotel. Good customer service.Attended for a focus group. Seemed nice inside, quite open and felt airy.The building itself is quite impressive, a white spired roof. Hard to miss.
Pleasant atmosphere. High roof, indoor trees. Airconditioning great. Large group meal, set menu options X 3 for each course, all variable and delicious. Slightly longer than expected between courses. Individual payments accepted.

The decor is as good as anywhere or better and the food elegantly prepared and just the right amount. Flavours were awesome. Staff are quietly eficient.
I would like to say that the service we received was over above what was expected, the first contact we had was from Tara who went out of her way to accommodate us, even as far as calling us back after hours and also the personal touch in her confirmation email was greatly appreciated. because of this we decided to stay there again on our return trip, the second night we had 2 change of rooms (2nd time was after hours) and this was all with no fuss even been given chocolates, free breakfast and a very late checkout which was needed.thank you to all that helped make our stay and journey very memorable and pleasant. we will definitely be staying there again and will be recommending the Mantra Pavilion in Wagga Wagga to any and all.Gil.
