Restaurant staff very lacking. Meal dry. No top up offered of water. And no offer of second glass of wine. I did not book, just turned up. Paid top dollar. Reception staff on booking in lacking customer service or interest. There are better value places in Wagga and I would not stay here again
We stayed for 3 nights upon moving to wagga wagga. The rooms are lovely and clean and spacious. The staff are great. We had a full buffet breakfast which is $15 if you book the night before and it was excellent. We had dinner on night 3 in One Restaurant and the food and service was great. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our brief overnight stay at this Accord hotel. The room and facilities were great...especially the pool! The aircon wasn't great though but it was a very hot day.
Good location. Decent sized and tidy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the better places to stay in town.
Unfortunately I couldn't stay at this hotel due to illness in my family and not having a car. Even with 2 weeks advanced notice the hotel strictly imposed their no refund or amendment policy. Considering the difficult time with my family they could have offered more flexibility. Next time I will be staying with Mantra.
