UPDATE 29/1/2019 Didn't get headphones so l went back to the store all the dates fell with in the due dates on offer so l got a young guy named Kyle on the case about the headphones l showed him our paper work he sent the codes with the IMEI with all the other requirements and we now have headphones coming according to the e-mail from Samsung so it's looking good thanks to Kyle he did a great job. l recommend Kyle he did an above and beyond customer service that day it made the platinum fees actually work for me thanks I'll let you know about the .

Helpful but needed to know there products a bit better
The guy that served us was well informed and helpful. However the product they can supply us with is more expensive and slower than what we have now. We have decided not to go ahead with the internet connection due to lack of value, even if we cannot get connected without Telstra ( seems like a stitch up) . I am refusing to pay money towards something that will not fulfill our needs.... especially for a 2 year contract. In short, helpful staff, expensive products.
