A lottery, some of the staff incredible, the rest if their on a wage they are over paid
I live in SA. I called this store and said that I would be in Wagga for just 4 days about 3 weeks later.They did not have what I wanted in stock, however, they took my number and said they would call if they came into stock. They did exactly that, and held my item for almost 2 weeks. When I went in there I had the best customer service I have EVER received from staff in a Telstra store. I left there wishing they managed the local store here.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! Especially Mel. XX
