Thank you to Jen and all the staff for taking care of our beautiful Bonnie from the time she started having seizures all the way through to when we decided to end her life. They are always very compassionate and caring. Have been twice now with two different vets; once for a routine procedure, once for an emergency. Both times the Staff have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. Very happy.
So lucky today.Our handraised Parrot properly drowned after unscrewing shower drain and exploring.We went into shock.I noticed a pulse after getting her out.Got to our regular Vet. (Been with Moorong for over a decade)Somehow they saved her..Oxygen.. heat treatment.. meds etc (for a parrot!!)Big Thanks to Rose and staff.Not out of woods yet but we are so appreciative.
Very comfortable feel. The nurse that looked into my dogs dental needs was very informative. I was also happily surprised to learn no charge for the visit.
