Was in store in the process of getting puppy asking questions and getting info on a particular type of dog. In the process of purchase we were told dog was on hold. Asked management about policy of holding animals they could not explain. The time of hold had lapsed in any case as staff had told me. So being first there dog should have been ours. In any case was less than impressed with the way it was handled and the explanation given.
