Ordered 2 pizzas that came out with barely any topping on them, despite one of them being a $16.70 Extra Large Supreme. How stingy can you be?!
Isnt too bad....customer service can be improved. Came in to pick up an online order which was ready for pick up according to my screen, however took some 5-10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge i was waiting there with 2 other customers waiting to be seen. Theyd deliberately not make eye contact despite in plain view. About 3 male staff can be seen down the back chatting along, walking around helplessly. The staff member that came forward was different to the few blokes down the back. Pizzas were ok...
The cardboard box it came in would of made a better feed..... crust was so hard it was inedible..... as for the toppings... . WHAT TOPPINGS
I ordered 3 pizzas. One was a ham and pineapple with no ham or pineapple one was a pepperoni with absolutely no pepperoni, and the last was a plain cheese pizza with no cheese.I made sure that all instructions were clear so there would be no confusion, but unfortunately I was treated like a terrorist! All of a sudden I was being yelled at and told to go away. I was in utter disbelief so I reordered the pizza but this time I made no special requests and requested it to be delivered. When the delivery boy came to give me my pizza he instantly recognised me.He slowly approaches me to hand me my pizza and as he gave it to me I pulled out a hunting knife and put it to this throat and told him to sit down and pick the pineapple and ham off, pick the pepperoni off, and pick the cheese off.Much respect to the boy as he made sure that my pizza was perfect. Moral to the story is... knives scare people into doing their job.
