The pasta dishes were good, the veal scallopini was apparently cooked perfectly!! Would have been a much better night except for the loud table of people behind us who had piles of empty alcohol bottles. Its a pity that the lady sitting us didnt register that as a group with a young child and two elderly grandparents that this may not have been the best place and by the time we sat it was too difficult to get them all up moving again. I appreciate thats not really a fault but it does impact your dining out experience. When I got home I also realised that we had been overcharged $10 so that took another star off....
Lovely restaurant with great staff, always welcoming they even stayed open late one stormy night so we could eat there after a bumpy flight. Food is very tasty with quality ingredients and generous serves. Nice selection of wines including many by the glass. Highly recommended!
Il Corso is a family-owned and locally operated Italian restaurant in the heart of Wagga Wagga. The staff are friendly, engaging and professional, do their best to accommodate needs of every customer. The food is always fresh, sufficient and full of flavour. I am a regular visitor and cannot fault any of my experiences.
Had the pleasure of dining here on a trip to Wagga. Excellent food with bold, fresh flavours and a wide variety to suit all tastes. Vegetarian options are available, and also an impressive wine list!The standouts were the antipasto board with grilled feta, blistered tomatoes and prosciutto, and the absolutely huge steaks, tender and perfectly cooked.Bring a big appetite!
