I put in some shirts to KDC through an agent at the nearby shops. When I collected my shirts, I noticed that one of the white dress shirt wasn't mine and had was new with a tag. When I informed the shopkeeper, they said they'd try and get hold of KDC and try and sort the mishap. Eventually, KDC finally got back to us, explaining that one employee had burnt a hole in my original shirt (a reasonably expensive dress shirt). To cover his mistake, he went to Tarocash and bought a replacement shirt off the sales rack. Nice guy.Amazed how a business could do this to both a customer and embarrass an agent by not explaining the error when they returned the shirts and assuming that a poor attempt at compensating the error was going to be satisfactory. Poor in the extreme. Likely to seek alternatives from now on.
