While I cant argue with the quality of the flowers I received, I was somewhat taken a back by the lack of customer service provided. As a person who is unfamiliar with the arranged flower scene, the employee seemed to become frustrated when I, in her words, contradicted myself. Id have thought that someone in this particular business would have more patience and understanding especially given the context of the majority of purchases would be unknown. To the staff at Freckles, people dont always celebrate with flowers, there are occasions when its for commiseration. In the employees defence when spoken to about my concerns she did apologise. Though I dont think I will be returning.
Great Bouquet however 3 roses were dying when received. Was not up to the standard I would have expected from an interflora agent
