Every time I've shopped here they've ripped me off in some manor. I only get greedy vibes from the staff save for one lady I often see at the desk. Most recent example is wanting to get a 1050ti after my 770 bricked on me. Obviously wanting it sooner I went to a local store. Explained that I wanted the gigabyte 1050ti at the advertised price of $250 (at the time) but they only had the Galax variant and the man still charging me for the price (Currently about 20% difference in cost) of the gigabyte card saying "They're all the same anyway" which even at the time I knew wasn't true and I even raised that with him and that nowhere else would you find a gigabyte card charged the same price as a Galax equivalent. Even offering to wait it out a little while until they had the Gigabyte card I wanted in he pushed harder for me to purchase the Galax card. In the end not having any choice I stupidly purchased the card. Lo and behold this thing has been nightmarish since I got it, namely the temperature issues and the fan curve that can only be changed in the vbios and not through the usual software like the nvidia control panel or msi afterburner.Tl;dr: I've given these guys multiple 'second chances' at to be reasonable and they've failed every time even when tangible evidence is right in front of them. I can't vouch for their work for repair seems I do that myself but consider your options when buying aftermarket parts. I'm not saying don't buy from them, I advise to find out what brand/model they sell for the price advertised and see if it's cheaper than elsewhere, even online.

I would recommend Crown Custom Computers. I have always had great confidence in the expertise and friendly advice given by Rohan and Amanda. Their efficient, professional approach has always been appreciated by me; a somewhat technically challenged computer user.

Will take you money before they know they can get their hands on something, call you impatient after a week of getting nothing for your money, and then they make you wait even longer for a refund. No wonder people shop online ...

Always able to get in what i need. Great prices. Only shop in town worth visiting for high end gaming.

I went to buy a case from them, where I found out that the price listed on their website was incorrect, as it was for a similar product. Instead of charging the full amount, they only charged me for the listed price, even though they were in their right not to. Would recommend if you need PC parts quickly.
