The Spanish Inquisition at the front door is enough to put me off going now. Forgot to grab the receipt from the self-serve register and had to log on to internet banking to prove there was a transaction in the past 5 mins. I'll shop online from now on (or not at all - BigW is looking better every day).
Met by friendly helpful staffer at entry but found shelf items in pet supplies poorly stocked / out of stock. I am not a fan of the centralised sales function in store.
Affordable shopping, has Clothes, shoes, toys, party supplies, fitness gear, bikes, scooters, stationary, photo print, gardening, homewares, kitchen appliances, automotive, Health and beauty. I like the categorised layout. Can find something for everyone.The one down point to shopping here, is the check out registers are in a central location (like most KMart stores), which presents an extra step when leaving the store, having your shopping bag and recept rechecked prior to leaving the store can be time consuming.
Good place to buy cheap retail stuff. They just don't sell much electronics or games.
Really good prices, great staff and service. I totally recommend. It's way cheaper than Big W but the quality is also better. It lasts so much longer.
