I cannot rate Best Street Dental highly enough. I am someone who suffers with a phobia of medical situations . I found dentist Rosemary to be very calming , understanding and patient.
I have had awful experiences with many dentists in Wagga in the past however Dr McCosker and the lovely assistants I have had at Best St Dental are completely outstanding! She talks me through everything she is doing using language I understand with no pain. I have had everything from a clean to an extraction with Amanda and wouldn't go anywhere else! 10/10 professional and caring with follow up calls to make sure I'm okay!
Dr Powis and the team at Best St are awesome. Helen has been looking after my teeth for several years now, and I couldn't be happier. The reception staff are always happy and smiling, and I'm always made to feel welcome. During procedures, they are always concerned about my overall wellbeing, and their warmth and professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend Best St Dental to anyone seeking the best possible dental care.
My daughter had her tooth pulled out with Dr.McCosker and after two days she was still in pain. I called to book an appointment and she was fully booked and she had appointment available only next morning. I asked if would be possible book a 10min extraction follow up appointment after school hour because my daughter already missed school and the receptionist said it wasnt possible. Dr. McCosker rang me back and I explained my daughter was still in pain and if we could book a 10min follow up appointment and she said no and the only appointment available was next day in the morning. My daughter had her second tooth pulled out with Dr. McCosker on 25/09 and until now no follow up call to know if everything is alright. Im very disappointed, they dont care about patient !! They didnt try to help me at all !! Ive wrote a review at Best St Dental Facebook page and it was deleted. I dont recommend Best St dental and dont recommend Dr. McCosker.
Dr McCosker, aka Amanda, saved my rear molar after an unfortunate fracture. She approached the issue with my best interests in mind. Dr McCosker, explained every step of the process and what I may expect from this tooth in the future. I cant believe I left the Practice with my tooth still safely in my gum. I havent had any issue since; and my tooth and gums are much happier for the visit. I did receive a very small lecture on flossing and I promise that Ive taken it on board!. Her personality alone was enough to make me want to visit again. Very pleasant, country girl. A bubbly young woman with a unique take on the world. Dont forget to ask her about her socks.Thanks again Dr McCosker and Janelle for everything.
