Went back on their offer and wasted our day - even tried to make us sign the deal they changed. Would not recommend.
Shocking service. Just picked up my car after arranging to have the brakes replaced and told upon pick up, that they didn't have time to fix the brakes and to just "brake harder" when needed!!! Absolutely shocking. Never buying another Toyota from here again.
Don't go much on the service. They didn't even put the head rests on the back seat when we bought our brand new ute.
Amazing service, very thorough, friendly, great time management. I love when they service my car! They make it so smooth to drive. They even gave me a call the day after about how my service was. Very sweet of them, I felt like they cared. Not one of those places that just wants the job done, pay and leave. Will recommend Thomas Brothers Toyota to everyone!
Recieved my vehicle back from a service and was informed the spring bolt bushes needed replacing. That's all good and well until I was told they couldn't find out what brand suspension I had and a part number, It only took 10 seconds to find the brand and part code on top of the sprigs. Not to mention the amount of excess oil they left in my engine bay which has stained my garage floor.
