Waited 15 minutes to be served...3 people on the floor..I was the only person waiting...one teller serving..then when served requested 2 near mint condition one hundred dollar notes for a gift. Was shown several which were shabby..and then was directed to the ATM..which spat out 2 shabby notes! Dissapointing as I dont think customer service is interested in going that extra mile anymore
Great customer service - friendly and efficient - I had an urgent request and it was dealt with promptly by the team - but particular thanks to Matt Dietrich who really went above and beyond with his help and assistance.
I asked for information and a bank employee told me that in order to get that information I would need to get the help of a solicitor. I then spoke to a solicitor who said I should get a written statement from the bank specifying what a solicitor needed to do in order for the bank to provide me with the information I wanted. When I requested such a statement from the bank, they said that even with the services of a solicitor they could not provide me with the information. My feeling is that I was deliberately misled though I cannot prove it.
